These terms of use apply to the use of services on mietlex.de. By using the service you agree to the following terms.
Mietlex provides an AI-powered tool that users can use to legally document apartment handovers. The tool enables the digital creation and signing of handover protocols by both contracting parties.
The protocols created via Mietlex can be digitally signed by both parties. The user acknowledges that the legal validity of the digital signature depends on the circumstances of the individual case. In case of doubt, we recommend consulting a lawyer.
The user is obliged to upload only photos and documents that they are authorized to process. Uploading content from third parties without their consent is prohibited.
The analyses and documents created by the tool are generated using language models (AI). AI models can make mistakes. The results provided do not constitute legal advice and do not replace review by a qualified lawyer.
Mietlex accepts no liability for damages arising from the use of AI-generated analyses or template letters. Use of the tool is at the user's own risk.
The user indemnifies Mietlex from all claims arising from misuse of the service.
Mietlex reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. The current version is available at mietlex.de/agb. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes consent to the changed terms.
